may we know the max value of Vref current load? typical is +/- 10mA?

Hi,

Typical value of reference load capability is +/-10mA. As such we dont recommend anything more than 10mA.

if customer want to use it externally, is not recommend to use this Vref an external output?

Hi,

As long as customer doesn't exceed 10mA, it should be ok to use it as an external reference.
