AFE4500: 8 chs weigh-scale & body composition measurement

        My team has searched some key word for design a new weigh-scale & body composition  machine,

and we found out that ii's possible using AFE4500 & AFE4300, and we have some questions

If we want to design a 8 chs unit like the pic for example as below, how to develope? How to cascade?

Which one is popular?

1. AFE4300 + AFE4500

2. AF4500 x2 + weigh-scale solution

3.AFE4500 x1 + multiplexer + weigh-scale solution
