Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC2543
Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
We plan to add the EP version of ADC P/N TLC2543QDWREP as an alternate for the TLC2543IDW in order to address the supply issue in our Infusion product, while reviewing the spec there is deviation in the EP version input and leakage current when compare the standard P/N TLC2543IDW. Specification difference in input and leakage is shown below. The deviation in current specification is for the maximum value.
May I know the reason for this deviation?
Is that deviation is due to the EP version part minimum and maximum value is tested at free air temperature of -55 to 125degc but the standard part is tested at -40 to 85degc. EP version P/N tested at extended temperature range, that’s why this deviation in spec?
If EP version part tested at -40 to 85degc then input and leakage current value should be same as standard P/N TLC2543IDW?
Please conform that, based on your confirmation we will justify that difference.
