AFE4404: Clinical-grade AFE44XX

I am interested in identify the clinical-grade pulse oximetry AFEs.

When filtering the product catalog, I see that four options are viable: AFE4404, AFE4403, AFE4400, and AFE4490

But looking at the Bio-Sensing AFE chart, I noticed that AFE4404 is not labeled as a medical AFE

So should the AFE4404 be used for medical-grade applications?  Or is more suited for home-monitoring purposes?

Also, what would be the main differences between the AFE4403 and AFE4404?  I suspected the AFE4404 is an up-revision to the AFE4403 but it seems that is not the case.
