TLV62568APDRLRのLEAD FRAME FINISHに " CALL TI / SN " の記述があります。

なぜTIに連絡をしないといけないのか教えてください。

Material content searchで成分表をダウンロードしましたが、LEAD FRAME FINISHはSnでした。

間違っているのでしょうか？

Thank you for your response.
As a result of searching with Material content search, the Lead frame finish of this product is clearly "Sn", but P16 of the data sheet has "CALL TI", so I asked this question.
I would like to know why "CALL TI" is listed.

Hello Koichi,

Thank you for the clarification.

Generally if you observe the datasheet you see this "Call TI" because some times some customers ask for other material instead of Tin. But the actual material used for Lead frame for a particular device can be found in Material content search.
