Question 1:

Is there a detailed description of more than ten Count registers related to Timer in AFE4400 register? If yes, please help provide it;

Comment: Would customer please clarify and explain more what they mean by "more than ten Count registers related to Timer?

Question 2:

Is there a reference algorithm for calculating blood oxygen saturation in AFE4400? If yes, please help provide;

Comment: We don't provide algorithms support as

1. TI is not a software nor algorithms company

2. algorithms are highly dependent on the system and products designs as well as many peripheral components and different applications.

Question 3:

Is there any reference for LED driver circuit and register setting? If yes, please help provide;

Comments: 

Does customer have an evaluation kit/board(EVM)?

The AFE4400 itself is already/built-in with LED driver.

Customer can follow the EVM user guide to do some tests and evaluation.
