ADS1282: Displays only the positive reading not a differential reading

Hi Team, seeking some clarification. 

Currently trying to read a thermocouple using the ADS1282HPW, but have run into an issue where the adc is outputting in a way that makes it seem like the AINN2 is connected to ground rather than a negative uV signal from the TC.
