AFE4490: cannot enter external interrupt service function and DRDY pin is always low

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The SPI is configured and the AFE registers are initialized, allowing register reads and writes. However, the interrupt service function cannot be entered (DRDY pin rising edge triggered interrupt is set). Without external interrupt initialization, data can be read in the 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F registers, which cannot be read after external interrupt initialization is added. The DRDY pin was tested with an oscilloscope and was always low. The customer is wondering why's this case.

By the way, could customer clarify more what they are trying to achieve?

What do they mean by "the interrupt service function"? could they clarify?

There is no DRDY pin or signal in AFE4490, so please ask them clarify what they are referring to.

Do they have/use AFE4490 evaluation kit/board(EVM)?
