ADS1261: Excitation frequency

Hi Dears,

Can the excitation frequency of ADS1261 be set to any value? Or  It changes according to the setting of sampling rate?

    Hi Anna,

    What "excitation frequency" are you referring to in this case?

    The ADS1261 has an "AC excitation" mode, but this does not generate an AC signal. Instead, the ADC controls GPIO signals that must be connected to external switches that would swap the polarity of a resistive bridge. This helps eliminate offset and offset drift. Please see section 9.4.3 in the ADS1261 for more information
