TSW14J58EVM: Data acquisition from ADC and processing by FPGA

Hello everyone!

We want to develop project that takes data form ADC, does some preprocessing with FPGA (decimation, demodulation, etc), stores the data at DDR4 and after that drop it off to the host PC. Therefore I have next questions:

1) Can the TSW14558EMV board work with ADCs that are not specified in related hardware (i.e. ADC08DJ5200RFEVM)?

2) Can the FPGA capture board be programmed with Vivado for our purposes (i.e. not for evaluation of ADC performance but more for data processing)?

Will be glad if anyone can answer this.
