We have chosen ADS8668 ADC IC with 12bit resolution and 500ksps sampling rate. But the output result is not as equal to 12 bit resolution. After reading the datasheet we came to know about the resolution of the ADC is fixed that is 850ns.
It is working as 10 bit resolution ADC, can anyone please give the solution for the same.
Or mention any steps which needs to be taken care.
