Hi  team，

At Environment  temperature greater than 105 degrees, but junction temperature less than 150 degrees, which parameters of electrical performance will have an effect? Will the product fail? if so, what kind of failures will happen?

    Hi Hazel, 

    You will need to pay attention to the power dissipation so that the junction temperature is not greater than 150°C to avoid damage. We only specify the electrical characteristics to an ambient temperature of 105°C, so we will not be able to guarantee any of the minimum or maximum specifications outside of this range. The lifetime of the device  could also be shortened, but I do not have any characterization data on that behavior.
