AMC1336-Q1: FSR of AMC1336-Q1

Part Number: AMC1336-Q1

Mentioned According to the datasheet, the range of the linear differential full-scale voltage (V_FSR) is from -1 to +1V. I/P voltage is 1.05V in my situation. Does this IC function in the linear range when I apply 1.05V i/p? How will it impact the output?

  • Hi Srinu,

    Thank you for your question!

Going past the specified linear differential full-scale input range may cause linearity and noise performance to go beyond datasheet specifications as the datasheet mentions in section 7.3.1: "The linearity and noise performance of the device are ensured only when the differential analog input voltage remains within the specified linear full-scale range (FSR), that is ±1 V, and within the specified input common-mode range."

    Section 7.3.5 also mentions:

    I hope that helps!

    Best,
