DAC5652-EP: Radiation endurance and performances at 250MSPS

Part Number: DAC5652-EP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC5675A-SP

Hi,

I would be interested to use the DAC5652-EP converter for a space radar, because it is dual-channel, its architecture is quite simple, it has a satisfying resolution and it looks having a moderate power consumption at the sampling rate of 250MSPS. However I need some informations I have not found in the datasheet :

1 : Do you know for what temperatures this DAC can work at 250MSPS?

2 : How much power does it consume at this sampling rate ?

3 : Do you have a report which could give its radiations tolerance? I'm looking for a DAC which would have low criticality for an ionizing dose>30krad and with a LET>40MeV. I see the DAC5675A-SP matches with these conditions, but it has only one channel and it looks having a consequent power consumption at 250MSPS. This is why I would prefer to choose the DAC5652-EP, but I need to be sure it will be safe to use it.

Thank you for your help.

Regards

Victor
