I have some question for configuration about below.

Could you please check and send it guide and document?

The DAC8750 is currently being used as the Source Current-Loop.

1) Is there any problem with ‘4to20mA Sink Current-Loop’ 4-wire configuration through DAC8750?

2) If there is no problem, is there a guide and reference document on how to configure it?

    The DAC8750 is used typically for current sourcing and not for current sinking and I don't know of any particular design guide for using that device to sink current in that particular application. I'm sure it's possible to create a design to sink current. There are a couple of designs shown for TIPD101 and TIPD102 show how to create a current source. I'm sure they could be modified to create a similar side current sink.

    Instead of the DAC8750, you could use the DAC8771. This device has both current and voltage outputs. All of these outputs can be operated in a bipolar mode. In particular, the current range can be set to ±24mA, meaning that the outputs can be set to source or sink. It does have an integrated buck boost converter for the supplies, but separate external supplies can be used.
