Thanks for your patience. The closest thing to leakage current to describe this pin may be the input current into the digital input:
Strictly speaking, this is not a leakage current but current through an internal pull-down resistor in the order of 1MOhm:

Can you please help me with 8.2.3 Input Filter Design in datasheet. May I know the cut off frequency with those parameters in the datasheet and let's consider Rshunt as 1476ohms.

Thank you for your question. The cutoff frequency for the input filter in Figure 52 can be calculated as:
fC = 1 / [ 2 ⋅ π ⋅ CDIFF ⋅ (2 ⋅ RFILTER) ] = 0.97 MHz

Thank you for your quick response. Can you please confirm in the above equation you considered Rfilter as 10ohms and you didn't consider Rshunt. May I know does the Rshunt has any effect on the cut off frequency.

You're welcome! Yes, in the equation, I am not considering Rshunt. Rshunt typically shouldn't affect the cut off frequency. If you are switching very fast, it may have an impact depending on your waveform. What shape waveform are you measuring in your application?

Thanks for your patience, I was out of the office. The Rshunt value will not affect on the cut off frequency. This app note may be useful to select an appropriate shunt.
