ADS8568: Measurement spikes

Part Number: ADS8568

We have a design with 10 ADS8568 boards in a rack with an FPGA reading the SPI buses on the backplane. We have some amount of ringing on all of the signals to/from the ADCs and we believe that we are getting occasional spikes on the measurements due to that. The question is how susceptible is the ADS8568 to ringing on the digital control inputs? Do we need to eliminate them from all signals for reliable operation or can we just clean up convert and spiclk below some threshold?
