TSW14J57EVM: How to enable/implement the 10Mhz option at J17?

The data capture board TSW17J57EVM features a 10Mhz clock option as stated in the user's guide (SLWU092A-pg2). 

What I see in the schematics is that the TSW17J57EVM is provided with Y2 as a 100Mhz oscillator going to bank 3D from the Arria 10 while J17 is also connected to bank 3D. I was expecting to have the10Mhz at J17 however no clock available here.

How to enable or implement this 10Mhz option? It would be nice to have this at J17.
