TX7516: How about register DIS_DYN_PDN_LDO function?

Hi TIer

Since the customer did not use Dynamic Power Mode, he configured DIS_DYN_PDN_LDO to 1, but found that color noise appeared on the central axis of the sector image (phased array ultrasound, color mode, sector scanning). We configured DIS_DYN_PDN_LDO to 0 and the noise disappeared.

Please help analyze the cause of the noise, and give some suggestions if there are potential risks if I configure DIS_DYN_PDN_LDO to 0.
