ADS8860: Single-end input or differential input?

Hi team,

We can saw that our ADS8860 is for single-ended input.

But the pin have AINN & AINP, is that means this device can also use for differential input?

Which one do we recommend?

    Hello Brian,

    The input structure is differential, but the ADS8860 is only calibrated to support single-ended inputs with AINN connected to ground (AINN is allowed to be within +/-0.1V to allow for small differences in the ground voltage in the system).

    If you need a differential input, then the ADS8861 is the correct part to use.
