Can you provide any tools which can calculate the latency and resolution of AMC3336 in different sample rate & filter & OSR?

I can't find the latency data on datasheet.

We have this Delta Sigma Modulator Filter Calculator available that may be what you are looking for. This aids in selecting the right OSR and filter-order to achieve the desired output resolution and filter response time.
