    Hi Chandrashekhar,

    Welcome to our e2e forum!  The ADS7841 only has one power supply pin, so there really is no particular sequence for power-up/down.  That being said, please take a look at the Absolute Maximum Ratings table on page 3 of the datasheet.  The analog and digital inputs should be no more than 300mV above (or below) the supply (see note (1)).
