ADS131E08: Offset in my ADS131E08 readings

I am trying to measure 10Arms through current trunsformer with a shunt and a 2nd order lowpass differential butterworth.

I realized that when I try to measure the input with two oscilloscope`s probes with GND reference, the offset disappear. But when I measure just with one probe I get a DC component in my meassure.

I did the same with a vvoltage transformer measuring 10Vrms and I have not any issue.

Do you think that I need a load between the filter and the ADC input?

    I apologized for the late response, I was not able to receive the notification of this post for some reasons.

    Can you upload your schematic and also let me know where the probes touched for measurement and what is the DC component level you got?
