AFE44S30EVM: Regarding the config file setting

Hello TI team,

We have received the DEMO Kit for AFE44S30 and  we started setting up configuration file as per the EVM Guide, but we could not be able to make the GREEN LED Blink and could not capture the data.

 Could you please help us to review the attached configuration file and any specific setting did we miss? Kindly help.

 Following are the steps and the process carried out is as follows:

 

  1. PC software Installation & Installing the USB drivers – As per User Guide.
  2. Physical Hardware Connectivity – As per User Guide (Ref Image has been attached).
  3. Running the Software – As per the User Guide. (The device is connected to the computer and can be able to Communicate).
  4. The Config File has been created by using the Excel file (AFE44S30_Register_Generation_EVM.xlsm) provided by TI. Attached sheet.
  5. While capturing the details, visually there is no Green LED Blink in the Sensor part. we can see the graph is not relatable as expected.

 

Further, we check the sensor part Green LED with the Multi-meter, the green LED is fine.

 We suspect the Switching to the TX part of the LED is not happening. And the config files.

Also, we tried to check the Test Point TP12. FIFO_READY in the board. But it is ground line as connection/connectivity verified by using multi-meter.
