ADC3663EVM: Which board are currently available for capturing the analog data from ADC3663EVM

I read the user guide of ADC3663EVMT and found that TSW1400 was required to evaluate ADC3663EVMT board.

But ,I cannot find the distributer selling TSW1400 boards.

1. May I get any information of a FPGA board currently available?

2. Can I use a TSW14J10 and a Kintex® KC705 instead of using a TSW1400?
