Hello TI Support

We are looking for active sonar transceiver for sonar ping and echo repeater. 

1) Does TI has reference design for the above application?

2) Can AFE5809 be used in low frequency range which 200Hz to 20 KHz range? If we use it how much will be attenuation in the said band?

3) Does TI have a reference design for Sonar transmitter in the above range?

4) Can TI suggest suitable DSP for Sonar applications?

    Hi,

    1)We dont have reference design for above application

    2)It is limited by input HPF. By reducing the inm cap and inp cap we can bring the corner down . By rough calculation you may require to put 100uF to support 20Hz.

    3) You can look into TX7516 or TX75E16 .

    4) Can you post separate e2e query for DSP so that dsp team contact you for that.
