DAC81401: Internal REF generation

Hello,

My customer is working with DAC81401 and have a question.
Is the internal REF generated from only positive supply(AVDD)? Is negative supply(AVSS) also used for the internal REF generation?
They just wonder if negative supply is so sensitive for REF generation to decide how to make the negative supply.

Hi Satoshi-san,

The Internal REF is generated from low voltage VDD supply, and not from AVDD or AVSS supply.

Hello Sanjay,

I have an additional question.
My customer would like to know what function blocks in DAC81401 use VDD as the supply.

I understand that IOVDD is supply for IO buffer of SPI.

Are AVDD/AVSS only for output amplifier?

Do All other circuits including reference buffer use VDD?

Hi Satoshi-san,

All the low voltage circuits inducing the reference buffers are powered by low voltage VDD supply.
And the output amplifier, gain stages (not shown in the data sheet) are powered by high voltage AVDD/AVSS supplies.
