DAC5675A-SP: Operating temperatures for the Engineering Samples and differences from the Qualified parts

Part Number: DAC5675A-SP

Hello,

We have some engineering samples that are used in our prototype. Are there any physical differences in the parts that are qualified vs. the Engineering samples? Or are the differences limited to the processes and testing of the parts, and that is why TI only lists the engineering sample temperature range as 25 C - 25 C?

Also - would you expect any issue with running the parts if the temperature went up to 70 C? It is well below either of the rated temperatures for the qualified parts, so I assume it *probably* wouldn't be an issue if it is the same die/package as the qualified parts. But want to make sure there isn't something about the part that would strictly prevent us from going over temperature, if if TI wouldn't be able to guarantee the performance in the temperature range.

Thanks,

Brandon
