What is the maximum output voltage and minimum output voltage of AFE10004? I assume maximum output voltage is 5.5V and minimum output voltage is -10V.

Hi Yamamoto-san,

The AFE10004 can only operate in the positive or negative output range. This means that all channels can be in the positive 5.5V range or all channels can be the -10V range.

If your application requires a mix of LDMOS and GaN/GaAs devices, consider using the AFE20408, which supports a mixed supply mode.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for the reply. I didn't know all DAC output channels are positive only or negative only. My customer would like to have the device which DAC output is positive 10V range and negative -10V range. Do we have such device?

Hi Yamamoto-san,

Are you looking for a PA biasing controller specifically? If so, take a look at the AFE20408. This device has 8 outputs. Four outputs can operate in +10V, and the other 4 in -10V. Additionally, our future device AMC7908 is designed for 5G PA biasing commercial applications. You can take a look at this device when it is released later this year.
