Hi team,

My customer has nonlinear problem, could you help to explain about below figure? 

For the INL max ±2.0LSB, if this means all influencing factors do not add up to the maximum？

    Hi Enhui,

    Thanks for your question! The max INL the customer should be seeing from the ADC is +/-2 LSB. System or measurement setup may contribute to additional error. What kind of values are they seeing? What do you mean about all influencing factors? The INL in the datasheet denotes linearity errors introduced by the ADC only, not external factors.

    The histogram is showing that not all codes are hit the same percentage of times, denoting some differential nonlinearity (DNL).
