AMC7812's I2C is 3-wire series interface, but DAC6578's is 2-wire one. Are they connected in the same I2C bus? If yes, how to do?

Both devices are standard 2-wire I2C interfaces.
ADDR0 and ADDR1 are each 3-state address inputs. Allowing for manipulation of the bottom 3 address bits. See page 30 of the datasheet.

I hope this is clear; I2C is standard and only requires 2 wires:
The A0, A1, etc... wires are typically shorted to either ground or the power supply. They change the software address of the device, allowing multiple devices to share the same SCL and SDA wires.
