Unfortunately TI is unable to answer this question. As noted on the TI web site the SN54ALS373A has the SAME FUNCTIONALITY and PINOUT as the SN54ALS373 but is NOT an exact equivalent. The customer will need to determine if the part is suitable for use in the application. Differences in the two device designs may or may not result in system application problems with the replacement device.

I just realized there is two similar PNs for this part one is SN54ALS373AJ and SNJ54ALS373AJ on datasheet, could you tell me what is the difference ?

SN prefix is commercail grade product

SNJ prefix is MIL-SPEC product compliant to MIL-PRF-38535 QML CLass Q
