Hello,

Setting the High speed mode is clear in the data sheet, but how can I set this device to Standard Mode Vs Fast mode?

There is no standard vs fast but joint standard-fast only. The master is clocking the bus with up to 400 [kHz] in standard-fast mode but it means that 100kHz will work as well. I might be wrong but i suspect other clocks under 400 [kHz] to work too.

Hello F, good to hear from you.

The Standard and Fast Modes are controlled by the i2C controller (master). The ADC081Cxx determines the FAST or STANDARD speed based on the timing specifications on page 8 of the datasheet, then will respond in like mode.
