If I connect the two inputs of ADC08D502 together and apply 500Mhz clock input , can I have 1G sampling rate upon using DDR clocking ??

The ADC08D502 only supports simultaneous sampling of the 2 inputs. Therefore it cannot be used in a Dual Edge Sampling mode to achieve 1Gsample/second. The maximum sampling rate of this device is 500 MSample/second.
The ADC08D500 does support this feature. The configurable input mux and sampling clock allow either 2 inputs sampled at up to 500 MSample/second each or a single input at up to 1000 MSample/second.

I know that ADC08D502 have self-calibration function to min gain, offset mismatch error , if I connect two input to four differential input of two ADC08D502 ADCs to perform interleave clocking, do I still need DSP algorithms in order to eliminate those mismatch error ??
