Hello,
I am using the ADS1299EEG-FE PDK in order to measure single-ended EEG signals. I configured the jumpers as shown in the attached picture and checked other forums to see if it was done correctly (which it appears so). However, whenever I try adjusting the registers in the Evaluation Software an error appears (see below). Apparently this error can be fixed by changing the clock to the external clock and not the internal clock according to http://e2e.ti.com/support/data_converters/precision_data_converters/f/73/t/285513.aspx. However, this error persists when using the oscillator of the EVM and not the internal clock of the ADS1299. Any input would be helpful.
On a side note, is the rest of the jumpers configured right to measure a single-ended electrode (blue input) with respect to a single-ended reference electrode (orange input) and biased according to another single-ended electrode (green input)?
Thank you
Note: The jumpers configuration is described in section 7.1.2 - Programmable Reference and Bias Electrodes of the user manual. The reference electrode register has SRB2 turned on and SRB1 in the MISC registers is also closed. The bias electrode register is set as a BIAS positive electrode driver (instead of a Normal electrode).
