I bought an AFE4403 EVM board supported with AFE4403GUI in the purpose of finding the right configuration parameters for my smart watch.
And I am wondering whether I can apply the configuration that I found from the AFE GUI to the design in the link below or not ? The design is also from TI, my current design is completely as same as it is :

When you say "apply the configuration that I found from the AFE GUI" do you mean the same register settings?

You may use the GUI register settings as a starting point, but the settings may change depending on the mechanical design and the test subject. Many subjects will need to have different current settings, gain settings, etc. So, yes you can use the same register settings, but they may need to be adjusted to get the best signal and performance.
