AMC1304L05: FIT rate of AMC1304L05DW

Hi,

does TI provide the FIT rate for the AMC1304L05DW?

As the device will be used in a SIL4 railway application the product's FIT rate has to be calculated. Although estimation might be sufficient if no exact value is avaliable accurate data is preferred of course.

Hi Robert,

My QC manager tells me the FIT rate for the AMC1304 is 1.4.

Just a note to other readers: FIT values *are* available from TI for download. I just did not find it when asking this question...
