ADS8678: Common mode range

Hello,

The ADS8678 datasheet specifies that "The PGA also adjusts the common-mode level of the input signal before being fed into the ADC to ensure maximum usage of the ADC input dynamic range.". However I do not see the maximum common mode range that the PGA can handle. Can you give this information?

Thanks for your query on E2E forum.

ADS8678 is a single-ended input ADC and can not accept any differential signal, please refer to AIN_nGND range in below table from datasheet.The internal Programmable Gain Amplifier(PGA) converts high voltage single-ended input signal into a fully differential signal by attenuation and level shift to meet the requirement of internal ADC's input dynamic range.
