ADS4222: ADC that is compatible with Simultaneous Sampling

Hi All

My customer is searching high speed A/D Converter that is compatible following specs.

(1) Dual and Simultaneous Sampling
(2) Resolution : over 12bit
(3) Sampling Rate : over 40Msps

Then, I selected 3 devices below, but I couldn't find out the word "Simultaneous sampling" in their datasheet.

(a) ADS4222
(b) ADC12DL040
(c) ADC3222

Are these devices compatible with Simultaneous Sampling ?
Or, are there any other good devices ?

    Honda,

    This information is called aperture delay. Below is what is listed on sheet 20 of the ADS4222 data sheet. This is what I think they are looking for.

    "Aperture delay matching Between the two channels of the same device ±70 ps"

    "Variation of aperture delay Between two devices at the same temperature and ±150 ps"

    You can look at the ADC3xxx family as these are newer devices. The ADC3222 is a dual 12 bit 50Msps part. There are many other parts in this family that sample faster and have up to 14 bits.

    I'd like to know the same specification regarding ADC12DL040 too.

    Do you have more information such as actual value ?

    The data sheet mentions 2ns between channels but does not have a spec for part to part.
