Is there another off the shelf (available) part that uses this NAC16 footprint?  We are trying to create solder profiles and I just need something with the same package.

    So I was just informed that this package does sell as mechanical sample through distribution. The part number is MKT-WG16A-MS.

    Thank you Christian. A quick search doesn't yield any stock on this part though. Can you recommend alternatives that will fit on this footprint that are currently in stock via distribution?

    Hello Michael
    This is an industry standard package and there are package suppliers that make mechanical samples. They can be found by doing a websearch on dummy packages.

    TI does offer a mechanical sample, part number: MKT-WG16A-MA
    You can contract your distributor to order some.

    TI does not offer any commercial grade products in this package. There are lower cost military grade products, including some of the products in the list from Christian. Those products without the "-SP" suffix are mil grade.
