Hi,

This device is specified not junction temperature but only ambient temperature.

Should we mind ambient temperature only?

Other words, can this device work at Ta=125℃ certainly?

    Hello,

    The device is rated to operate correctly from -40C to 125C ambient temperature.

    What junction temperature are you looking for? Below is the thermal information of the device, if the specific rating you are looking for is not included, you should be able to use this provided information to solve for it.

    The following video, How to Estimate Junction Temperature, might be helpful although is uses a power converter IC for its examples.
