TLV5638: Part Markings

Part Number: TLV5638

My company purchased V62/03628-02XE. All parts are correctly marked with "5638ME" as per the datasheets. Under that is "52T". Some parts have "E60N" or "A4YR" on the bottom line. What do these markings mean or what is the difference between them?

    Hi Michael,

    The 52T translates to YMS - year, month, assembly site code. These are likely from 2015, February. The site code meaning can differ from part to part.

    The bottom 4 alpha-numeric values are the lot trace code. This means that these devices just came from two different build lots.
