ADS7945EVM-PDK: ADCPro-Download failed...reset the hardware

Dear TI Forum,

a few days ago I bought me a ADS7945EVM-PDK and now I am trying to connect the device with my PC. For this I use the program adcpro. But when I load the EVM, the software tries to communicate and comes to the point that it wants to download something. However, the download fails and this error message appears:

The firmware load has failed due to a timeout condition. Please reset the hardware to continue loading the firmware.

There is a reset button on the board, I pressed it, but still same issue occurring. Could you please give me a solution to my problem?

    Hello,

    It sounds like the software is not connecting to the hardware.

    Make sure that you have downloaded ADCPro as well as the plug in for the ADS794xEVM, Under order now, there is a download button.

    Connect the EVM motherboard, MMB0, to power, when you see the LEDs at the bottom right corner of the motherboard MMB0 board light up, you should be able to connect it to the computer

    Once downloaded, open ADCPro. then under EVM select the ADS794xEVM plug in.

    Connect the MMB0 board to the computer using the USB connecter, J1, located next to the power connector.

    The RESET button on the motherboard only resets the hardware, it will not help with reesting the software. Instead, in the software interface, click EVM, and select the ADS794XEVM to reset. Even if you are already in this window, going through and reselecting starts the communication procress to the board.
