AFE4400SPO2EVM: EVM GUI support for Windows10

Part Number: AFE4400SPO2EVM

Dear Team,

 

We installed AFE4400EVM GUI, “AFE44x0SPO2EVM GUI v1.12”.

But it doesn’t work by fail of device communication.

We found below message window.

 

“Device communication Error”

“An error occurred while communicating with the device”

 

Does the GUI software support Windows 10?

    Hi Hirokazu,

    This could happen if PC doesn't detect the correct driver for the EVM.
    You can confirm this by checking the device manager of the PC, the EVM should be detected as "AFE44x0 SPO2 FE EVM".

    Typically by default , Windows 10 detects the EVM as USB device, so you have to manually update the driver yourself.
