We are working on a project that uses the TSW1400EVM and ADS5484EVM, external clock, and external signal.
For the signal we are using 1MHz, and 1 V peak-peak
For the external clock we are using 10MHz
From the ADS5484 data sheet, it states that we should be getting 73.5dBc and 11.92bits for SINAD and ENOB respectively.
But when we use the HSDC Pro, the numbers we get are 36.7bBc and 5.7bits for SINAD and ENOB respectively.
Can you guide/tell me why we are getting low numbers for the SINAD and ENOB?
