AMC1305L25: Single End Communication

1. Is AMC1305L25 able to be configured as single-end communication when both CLKIN_N and DOUT_N pin are connected to ground? Or only LVDS communication is used?

2. Is SN65LVDT14 only one transceiver for the AMC1305L25 communication with C2K/MCU?

Hi Brian,

The AMC1305L25 is configured for differential mode only, you can't go single ended without moving to the AMC1305M25.

Since the TMS320C2000 series device are not LVDS compatible, you could use something like the SN65MLVD203B to send the clock to and recieve the data from the AMC1305L25.
