your provided setup_AFE4900_EVM_v1.0.0 FAILED!

the LabVIEW run time that you are trying to install is 2014 Version not for WIN10 ( we are now on year 2019 !).

so everything is stuck because  of LabVIEW p not able to complete the setup .
