ADC12C170: Thermal simulation support

Part Number: ADC12C170 
Hi,

   We are using TI adc(ADC12C170CISQ/NOPB) and DC-DC regulator(TPS84250)
in one of our design.For thermal simulation following information is
required-
1. Material of the device
2. Density
3. Specific heat
4. Melting temperature
5. Resistivity
6. Thermal conductivity

Could you please share these information's for both the device to us so
the we proceed to the design.
