DAC80501: dac80501

I have problems with your new DAC80501.

 
My layout is is the tiny package with 8 pins, it is soldered  OK. I already exchanged the devices twice!!!!, but the same result.
I am using the SPI-Bus.
 

I can switch the ref- voltage on and off, this means, my spi bus is correct:
code: 0x30 0x01 0x00 and 0x30 0x00 0x00  works great.

My VDD is 3.3V I am using the internal Vref.

I set correctly the the gain to 1: 0x04000

But never any output!

But I am not able to output any data!

I tested this with a second and a now a third device, always same behaviour.
 

Code for output data: 0x08 0x?? 0x??, where ? is the hex value to be outputted.
I thing the devices I got ( I tested now 3 with same behaviour) do not work.

Or what else is to be set???
