I saw a post with a similar issue, but I was unable to access the resources that were provided for it.

My system pairs an ADC12DJ2700 with a ZCU102.

Sampling Clock: 2GHz

Core/Reference Clock: 200MHz

SYSREF: 25MHz

K: 4

F: 8

JMODE 2

Scrambling on

I am seeing a discrepancy in the received data when setting the test mode to short transport layer mode. What could be the causes for this?

Some more information, I have consulted the firmware that was developed for the kintex ultrascale+ and this family of ADCs. I have taken the transport layer demapping from that design and am using that in my system.
